You can’t imagine how frequently I hear this story. You would be surprised how many times this situation results in a 5th Metatarsal Fracture or even an Ankle Sprain. Now you’re facing weeks of recovery and sometimes even surgical treatment to stabilize the injury.
So take my advice….after a prolonged period of sitting (like watching SuperBowl LI), just a moment or two of making a circle with your foot/ankle or ankle pumps may let you know that your ankle and foot are ready for action…
